The oooooonly complaint I have is, when the string and paper tab gets wet it “bleeds” down the mug and leaves a puddle. Whiiiich is funny in its own way. 😁 All in all, good tea and the humor has been a hit.

The tea bags and graphics are fab, but sadly my box arrived damaged (let down by the UK shipping partner using a jiffy bag rather than a sturdy box), so I couldn't give them as a gift as intended. Zak at Wink House was great and responded same day with options for a refund or replacement, and my refund was issued the very next day. Excellent customer service, thank you!
